Bioethanol

In 2016 we started a large-scale modernization project of Zaplaza sugar plant in Odessa region.

The goal – to transform the Soviet era facility into the modern plant of the second-generation bioethanol production which is more environmentally friendly and is produced from non-food raw materials.

The planned annual rate of production – 50 thousand tons.

Successful modernization of Zaplaza plant will have a significant cumulative effect. Thousands of new jobs in the sector of growing and processing of organic materials (corn straw and maize stems) will appear. The country will have its own fuel and reduce the share of import and consumers will also reduce their own transport expenditures.

The detailed description of the investment project is in the presentation.
