Ivan Nadein, the founder of the Group of Companies Ukrteplo
He was born in 1983. He graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in 2004, holds a Ph.D. in Philosophical sciences. He has been running a business since 2004. He entered the renewable energy market in 2008. He occupied the position of chairperson of the Ukrainian Association of Alternative Solid Fuel Producers. He was the initiator and ideologist of the non-governmental organization “Committee of Ukraine’s Energy Independence”. In 2011, he founded the Group of Companies Ukrteplo.
Roman Shved, CEO of Ukrteplo
He was born in 1984. He graduated from Kyiv National Economic University in 2005 with a specialization in Finance and obtained his law degree at Kyiv National Economic University in 2009. He has been involved in entrepreneurial activities since 2005. He has been working in the renewable energy market since 2009. He was appointed CEO of the Ukrainian Association of Alternative Solid Fuel Producers. He has been holding key positions at Ukrteplo since 2011.
Yurii Bakhtala, Deputy Head of the Electricity Production Division at Ukrteplo
He was born in Kyiv in 1986. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering and Economics of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design in 2007. He has been working in the energy sector since 2010. He headed the department at the National Commission for State Regulation of Energy and Public Utilities. He joined Ukrteplo in 2016.
Denys Lupachov, CEO of Ukrtespetsteplo LLC (production of heat and hot water from biofuels)
He was born on November 18, 1983. He graduated from Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts with a degree in Law in 2008. In July 2007, he joined Kyivenergo as a legal adviser. He provided legal support to the head office and the branch offices such as “Cable networks”, “Heating networks”. He has been working at the Group of Companies Ukrteplo since 2013.
